A new year traditionally goes along with the so called year-end lists. An so does the website Architectura.be. In a recent article they look forward to 2016 and talk about the most promising upcoming projects. With three projects, CONIX RDBM Architects is the most listed office.
The first project is the VAC Herman Teirlinck in collaboration with Neutelings Riedijk Architecten, the largest (46.000 m²) passive office building in Belgium (Brussels). Second in the row is the project Janseniushof, a new residential area in the heart of Leuven. The first phase is already delivered while the second one is in full progress. The third and final project is located abroad, more precisely in Rabat, Morocco. There a highly functional campus for the French business school ESSEC will be constructed. 450 Students can follow courses in Business Administration and Executive Masters and benefit from 100 student living units.
Besides these projects, 2016 has a lot more in store. Keep an eye on our website or follow us on Facebook and Linkedin to stay informed!
