Organized around a common inner courtyard

This project in Leuven comprises 18 flats plus an office and a commercial space. The project involved the revitalisation of a former hospital site and the renovation of an existing building that was formerly part of a brewery complex. The new site respects and repurposes the valuable buildings and weaves them seamlessly into a new inner-city design, organised around a common courtyard.
