Kick-off Park Passionisten02 juil. 2015
By a symposium called ‘Uw zorg, onze toekomst’, the developper Huisvesting Tienen initiated the construction process of the residential-care project Park Passionisten in Tienen. The new area gives rise to 222 living units. Minister of Welfare, Jo Vandeurzen, assisted the kick-off.
The project is located on the former monastery Passionisten and is surrounded by greenery allowing people to stroll and children to play. Our assignment comprises the construction of a residential care center combined with assisted living units on the top two levels and a relief center, with among others a laundry, hairdresser and restaurant.
Park Passionisten pays extra attention to more vulnerable and less mobile people due the close collaboration between the sisters Passionisten, care group Alexianen and psychiatry Broeders van Liefde.
A complete overview of the site can be found on the website of Park Passionisten.
