We put the development of an area into its context: connection with the surroundings, sticking points, and strengths. Our aim is to generate important added value for the surrounding area. The final report results in a vision which can serve as a test framework for further development and which, if necessary, is converted into a spatial development plan, a visual quality plan, or a landscape design.
Urban development plan
We draw up our urban development plans for the construction or restructuring of limited areas and consider the scale level of the respective projects. Plans meet the demands which are made of spatial and functional aspects, such as those which are often outlined in urbanisation design plans issued by the local authorities. In drawing up urban development plans, we take account of local authority policy documents on aesthetics.
